Director of Construction

$148 - $160 / per year

A qualified candidate will lead and direct new and remodel construction initiatives for Chuze Fitness. This includes planning, budgeting, and monitoring progress for all new sites, negotiating contracts, evaluating site conditions, and developing strategies for new and remodeled club openings. As a Chuzer, you will manage the day-to-day construction functions, including construction management, project budgets, contract negotiations, and project closeout procedures.

This role requires an on-site presence in Denver, CO, 4-5 days a week.

• Plan, direct, and develop new club construction procedures that achieve 6 to 10 new openings annually
• Ensure the team is correctly positioned to expand the Chuze brand
• Administers long- and short-term construction projects
• Assist the CDO and Project Management team in developing financial models, including initial budget strategies and schedules
• Evaluate potential or existing sites or structures
• Evaluate new market construction and budgets to deliver on committed goals and expectations
