We are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Burton for our client, a leading retailer at DE13 8BX. Experience in either recruitment, payroll, resourcing is required but full training will be provided. If you think you have the right attitude and personality just click apply.

Key Duties as a Recruitment Coordinator

  • Liaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite team
  • Pre screening applicants for the warehouse
  • Conducting interviews for the warehouse roles
  • Supporting the induction process and helping with PPE
  • Check in and attendance reports and supporting the absence policy
  • Supporting with the daily and weekly payroll submission
  • Previous experience of working as a resourcer, recruiter or consultant
  • Flexible approach to shifts and working hours

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will need to have:

  • A good standard of verbal and written English
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
