Your role as a National Account Executive

As a National Account Executive, you will drive our end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting to closing. You will play a crucial role in driving the entire sales process whilst speaking the language of both professional developers and industry leaders. Together with our project and customer success team, you will play an essential role in growing and nurturing our existing customer base in the North America region.

In detail you will:

  • Drive Sales Growth – Focusing on generating new leads and execute a sales process with prospective customers to win deals.
  • Developing current accounts to drive sales results.
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams; driving profitable growth.
  • Analyze your prospects’ processes and financials to understand their pain points.
  • Identify potential customers in North America region and set appropriate strategies.
  • Effectively facilitate joint initiatives with cross-functional teams and strategically engaging cross-functional resources to achieve sales goals.
  • Consistently strive to improve and reinvent yourself.
  • Actively promote the BuildingMinds suite of solutions, products and services to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling and upselling sales activities to drive the adoption of BuildingMinds technology, helping your colleagues in Business Development and Professional Services develop useful additions and generating new business opportunities.
  • You take over the entire sales process from initial contact to closing and account management, using our CRM tool conscientiously to save and update customer data.
  • Develop new sales strategies and formats and quickly adapt them to your customers’ needs.
  • Leverage the potential of your network to generate new leads or business opportunities.
  • Attend relevant industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to network with both prospects and existing customers. We would like to hear from you if you:
  • You are a driven self-starter with at least 5+ years of work experience in SaaS or real estate related sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commercial or related field, master’s degree is a plus.
  • You have a vast network in the real estate industry.
  • Are located in the (EST) Eastern Standard Time zone .
  • You are a fast learner in an ever-changing environment, adapting quickly to the latest trends, markets, and customers.
  • Are effectively managing your own time and territory and are not afraid to try out new techniques and to fail fast and move on quickly if necessary.
  • A team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Have proven experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure.
  • Ability to multi-task, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
  • Are proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
  • Have a good understanding of the cloud, Software-as-a-Service market, and experience in discussing technology and business value with customers.
