Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech

Ideally, you will have a solid understanding of tech and have recruited within or for large enterprise environments. You have the ability to work between project management/business analysis and engineering skill sets. We'd love to see experience recruiting in the exciting field of AI Tech as well!

Whilst this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will deliver as a true partner to the business providing advice and guidance on all things recruitment and talent acquisition. It's a role that will see you adding value beyond the recruitment process working side by side with the tech engineering business to support their talent needs.

How you will shape the future:

• Recruit end to end within the tech infra or engineering space, with support from sourcing and admin teams
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to strategize and deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Proven experience and expertise in Tech Recruitment, from project management/business analysis through to strong engineering skills.
• Experience working with roles like Java Developers, DevOps Engineers (Dev/Support & Site Reliability), and Architecture.
• Exceptional ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
• Passionate about engaging with tech candidates and understanding their career aspirations
• Strong experience in leveraging market intelligence to identify top talent, anticipate industry trends, and inform recruitment strategies.
