Senior Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a senior professional to be responsible for managing payroll activities. Manage all the operational payroll works in the shared services (payroll providers, accounting bookings, etc)Experience in running a local payroll organisation and understanding the various aspects of dealing with different countries.

• Managing local payroll providers.
• Business partners with accounting in continuous improvement projects to ensure an efficient flow of information.
• Prior experience in the design and implementation of payroll processes and systems in different countries

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• SAP Knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Must have a proactive, positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated strong process skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
