Director, Strategy & Operations

Overview

We are looking for a highly collaborative and analytical Director of Strategy & Operations to join our rapidly growing team and play a pivotal role in driving impact across Recharge. You will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and driving overall business performance. This role will report directly to our SVP, Operations and will support critical areas of the business.

What you’ll do

• Lead the analysis of key metrics and KPIs across the company in collaboration with the SVP, Operations.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and achieve business objectives.
• Undertake high-impact, collaborative projects that require alignment across multiple functional disciplines and business units to optimize operational effectiveness,
• Drive strategic initiatives and provide thought leadership to identify and resolve issues hindering business success.
