The role:

The Salesforce Admin is a fundamental piece in our business, he/she will form part of our Sales Enablement Team and help with the implementation of new Sales process improvements and be responsible for the maintenance (cleanliness and security) of our CRM. This person will work hand in hand with other SF developers and report directly into the Sales Enablement Leader playing a critical role in ensuring the efficacy of our growing Sales Team.

What you will do:

• Help create process automations with the use of Salesforce flows.

• Be responsible for creating, maintaining, and controlling profile permissions.

• Support sales team by aiding in correction of errors and answering questions.

• Aid in CRM cleanliness creating, maintaining, and updating dashboards and reports leveraged by local market teams and HQ.

What we are looking for:

• Completed bachelor’s degree (economic/engineering/administrative careers).

• At least 5 years of experience as Salesforce Admin, Salesforce certification is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce lightning.

• Proficiency in customized objects and field creation. Also doing workflows, automations, dashboards and reports.

• Advanced English level, Portuguese is a plus.

• Knowledge using Conga, Gong, Drift and Zapier is a plus.
