The role:

The Customer Service Analyst is a fundamental piece in our business, he/she is the person who will make sure our clients are happy and satisfied with their products and ensure they don´t have any doubts or problems with their use.

What you will do:

  • Customer service through email, chat and telephone.

  • Work as a liaison between inside support areas such as operations, finance, etcetera, as with external customers.

  • Support the after-sales process being the first point of contact with our clients. Solve any problems or doubts they may have.

What we are looking for:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a role of customer service or call center and in B2B.

  • Intermediate English level.

  • Great skills in multitasking, communication, spelling and writing, work under pressure and teamwork.
