Intern Open Innovation Service Consultant

The Open Innovation Consultant Intern will help understand our clients' innovation needs, set up their innovation departments, develop design thinking workshops with clients, and support various consulting projects to meet our partners' needs. Together with the open innovation consulting team, this role will support the development and establishment of additional innovation services at PNPTC.

We’re an exceptional team with backgrounds in innovation management, consulting, and entrepreneurship—growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking an Intern or PreMaster Open Innovation Service Consultant to complement our growing EMEA innovation team.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on various tasks associated with strategy and management consulting within the scope of challenging projects.

• Support the definition and successful implementation of our partners’ open innovation strategies and processes.

• Assist in the development and visualization of projects, as well as the preparation of result presentations for clients.

• Support the organization and coordination of innovation consulting activities, such as strategy and ideation workshops or corporate education sessions.

• Conduct project-related research and market analyses of different industries within the scope of challenging consulting projects.

• Assist project teams in preparing and following up on customer workshops, internal and external projects, and the generation of reusable tools/methods.

• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations to foster adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.

• Work with tools like Salesforce and Confluence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) with a strong academic performance record, ideally with a focus on business, design, or innovation.

• You have already gained initial practical experience in top management consulting, corporate innovation, product development, or digital marketing.

• You have an interest in corporate and startup processes, technology implementation, and/or innovation project management.

• Ideally, you are familiar with innovation processes (ideation, design thinking, innovation project management, etc.).

• You are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and capable of working with limited supervision.

• You possess a positive and growth mindset, are energetic, a good listener, analytical, and have a strong willingness to learn and improve.

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English.

• You are willing to travel.
