Voucherify, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Representative (m/f/x) to join our growing US-based team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a vital role in identifying and cultivating business opportunities within Enterprise and mid-market segments in the North American market. Working closely with our US-based Account Executive, your responsibilities will span prospecting, developing new business opportunities, conducting research, managing the lead pipeline, and acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers. We are actively seeking individuals with a proactive mindset, capable of following directions while possessing the self-drive and motivation to work independently. The initiative is key!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Effective Pipeline Management: Work closely with our US-based Enterprise Account Executive in managing new business opportunities (lead pipeline). Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, and maintain/update the existing information in our CRM.

  • Account Development: Identify key players, rate, and qualify early-stage leads. The aim is to enhance potential prospect and client profiles grounded in comprehensive insights. Ultimately allowing for more targeted and personalised communication and effective lead evaluation.

  • Customer Value Translation: Deepen your comprehension of customer needs and strategic objectives. Evaluate the alignment between their enterprise and our product by conducting a comprehensive analysis of clients' specific use cases, leveraging insights gained through researching the customer’s profile. Initiate discovery calls with various stakeholders to explore their business goals, aiming to understand and qualify the opportunity - essential to this is the ability to pose insightful questions.

  • Exposure Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our partnership and client network and increase Voucherify’s exposure to the NA market. The objective is to form meaningful relationships, ultimately translating into high-quality new business opportunities.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable business development position, preferably in B2B sales processes in the SaaS environment, ideally in e-commerce.

  • Experience in working with CRM systems and ticket systems.

  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions and a keen interest in the tech industry.

  • Enthusiasm about the digital environment and e-commerce.

  • Skills to network and communicate confidently with decision-makers at eye level.

  • Ability to set priorities, drive decisions, and get closure on recommendations and issues.

  • Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to conduct thorough research, and showcase proficiency in asking insightful questions to uncover and comprehend underlying issues.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the MACH (Microservices-based, API-first, Cloud-native SaaS, and Headless) principles would be an advantage.
