Voucherify is looking for an experienced, proactive sales professional as a US-based Enterprise Account Executive - Remote (m/f/x).

About the role:

You will play a pivotal role in propelling Voucherify's expansion, driving the entire sales process from initial prospecting to finalising deals. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our North American sales funnel and implementing innovative sales strategies. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile, negotiating prices, expertly closing deals, and actively exploring new market opportunities to drive sustained revenue growth. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in upselling and engaging with both current and prospective customers to maximise business growth and success. This will involve recognizing key issues and obstacles faced by our prospective clients and understanding their business objectives. Thus, we adopt a consultative approach in educating our clients on how to deliver the best commerce experience thanks to our innovative approach. In this role, you will excel at identifying and engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers, as you develop and implement a precise communication strategy tailored to their needs. Collaborating closely with our Customer Success and Marketing teams, you will cultivate and expand our customer base within the region.

We are a relatively small company in headcount but can boast a global reach. Thus, you can expect this role to be a pragmatic, hands-on experience allowing you to impact the business. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Strategic Sales Management: Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account strategy and sales pipeline, overseeing client processes, maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, and showcasing Voucherify's capabilities through compelling demonstrations.

  • Contract Negotiation and Deal Closing: Develop innovative proposals, including responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), precise quotations, and negotiate contracts and deal-closing requirements quickly and efficiently.

  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Leadership: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and strategic objectives. Navigate the sales funnel by crafting strategic next steps to propel both inbound and outbound leads forward, including prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing.

  • Territory Planning and Revenue Growth: Build territory plans to share your strategic vision for the NA market and demonstrate a consultative approach to drive Voucherify’s revenue growth.

  • Collaborative Partnership Development: Work closely with technology partners and solution integrators to drive revenue.

  • CRM Sales Revenue Management: Input, track, and project sales revenue using sales CRM.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate internally with Technical Account Managers, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to optimise sales and customer experience.

  • Sales Material Development: Building compelling demonstrations with the pre-sales team, sales material and ROI studies bringing value to our customers.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar AE position closing complex deals (esp. in B2B SaaS sales, selling to retail/ eCommerce customers) in the NA region.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the MACH (Microservices-based, API-first, Cloud-native SaaS, and Headless) technology principles are essential.

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in selling and positioning a technical SaaS and/or PaaS platform to mid-market or Enterprise companies, with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.

  • Experience in working with partners (solution integrators, consultancies, independent software vendors).

  • Demonstrated expertise in inbound strategies and some understanding of outbound prospecting techniques, utilizing a variety of tools and processes to effectively drive lead generation and engagement.

  • Experience in creating insightful and compelling business cases and proposals.

  • You take ownership of your success and you have the grit to continue going when things get challenging or change quickly.

  • Experience in loyalty or promotions or previous work with a MACH Alliance certified vendor would be an advantage.
