Performance Marketing Manager

We are on the lookout for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who is not only proficient in their craft, but also passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. You will be responsible for implementing, optimizing and expandingwill be responsible for
implementing, optimizing and expanding marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires an analytical mindset, a good understanding of online marketing channels (mainly Google Ads & Microsoft Ads), and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve business goals.

Your Course - and what we expect from you:

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, mainly but not limited to Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROAS, CAC and overall performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of ads and targeting to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that align with campaign objectives and target audience.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to scale and to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing and performance marketing strategies.

Your Equipment:

• 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing role (good understanding of Google Ads is especially important)
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads Editor.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPI’s.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented and hands on mentality.
