Your role will involve picking up, sorting, and distributing mail, with a key focus on handling checks and ensuring they are accurately deposited and posted to patient accounts. You will also assist in the mailing of claims and denial disputes, providing crucial support to our billing and insurance processes. In addition to mail-related tasks, you'll learn the basics of insurance billing and offer general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our team.
