Main Responsibilities:

  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests for the office directors and handling them in an appropriate manner, meet and greeting visitors on their behalf
  • Organizing and attending office town-hall meetings, handling MOM. Also, coordinate setting up a project presentation for every townhall along with the local HR lead and the office director.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments, issuing invites to clients, internal staff meeting, client care etc.
  • Co-ordinating with any suppliers and vendors with regards to maintenance of telephones, IT, internet providers, etc
  • Updating the directors Contacts on Marketing Database, when required update the BD leads.
