Production Manager

We have an Production Manager position available to be based in Ballarat, Victoria. We are looking for a highly motivated manufacturing professional who can lead and develop a small manufacturing team and support implementation of the site strategy. We are seeking applicants who have an outstanding work ethic, have high level knowledge of quality management principals and systems as well as a strong understanding of best engineering practices.

As our Production Manager, you will lead the production resources at Macspred on all production units with a high focus on quality management and systems, and work to continuously improve the capabilities, processes and assets to meet the business needs. In addition, develop and implement a suitable Quality Management System in line with both Crop Life and Syngenta standards.

Duties broadly include the following;

• Leadership of the production operations and staff in line with Macspred/Syngenta culture and strategy.
• Ensure full compliance against all local legislation, HSE and Quality standards are continuously improved and monitored.
