DMC Sr. Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the DMC Department activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures as well as coordinate the implementation and administration of the operations strategic plan and facilitates enterprise-wide project management to operationalize the delivery of strategic and organizational goals

Job Responsibilities:

Organizing and executing FAM trips for key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and media representatives, to promote Saudi Arabia’s tourism offerings

Working closely with DMCs to ensure high-quality service delivery, effective collaboration, and seamless execution of tourism programs and initiatives

Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the tourism sector, informing strategic decisions and DMC activities

Managing and supporting DMC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including DMCs, tourism boards, and local suppliers, to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth

Ensuring all DMC and FAM trip activities adhere to STA’s high standards of quality and service, implementing best practices and continuous improvement processes

Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of DMC and FAM trip initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements and future planning

Performing other activities as and when required

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred

Recommended 1-2 years of experience in relevant field

في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة أنشطة قسم شراكات إدارة الوجهات، وذلك لضمان تحقيق تفويض القسم وتحديد فرص التحسين التي ستساهم في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية قصيرة ومتوسطة المدى ضمن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المحددة والميزانيات المتفق عليها والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة، فضلاً عن تنسيق تنفيذ وإدارة الخطة الاستراتيجية للعمليات وتسهيل إدارة المشاريع على مستوى المؤسسة لتشغيل تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتنظيمية

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

تنظيم وتنفيذ رحلات تعريفية لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، بما في ذلك وكلاء السفر ومنظمي الرحلات وممثلي وسائل الإعلام، للترويج للعروض السياحية في المملكة العربية السعودية

العمل بشكل وثيق مع شركات إدارة الوجهات لضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة، والتعاون الفعال، والتنفيذ السلس لبرامج ومبادرات السياحة

إجراء أبحاث وتحليلات السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص والديناميكيات التنافسية في قطاع السياحة، وإبلاغ القرارات الاستراتيجية وأنشطة شركات إدارة الوجهات

إدارة ودعم مشاريع شركات إدارة الوجهات من البداية إلى النهاية، وضمان تلبية جميع الأهداف والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات

بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين، بما في ذلك شركات إدارة الوجهات، ومجالس السياحة، والموردين المحليين، لتعزيز التعاون ودفع النمو المتبادل

ضمان التزام جميع أنشطة شركات إدارة الوجهات والرحلات التعريفية بالمعايير العالية للجودة والخدمة التي حددتها هيئة السياحة السعودية، وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات وعمليات التحسين المستمر

تتبع وتقييم فعالية مبادرات رحلات شركات إدارة الوجهات والرحلات التعريفية، وتقديم رؤى وتوصيات للتحسينات والتخطيط المستقبلي

أداء أنشطة أخرى عند الحاجة

متطلبات الوظيفة:

يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها

يوصى بخبرة تتراوح من سنة إلى سنتين في المجال ذي الصلة
