Destination Planning Manager

In this role, You will be responsible for Managing Planning activities to ensure implementation of sector requirements, and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for

Conduct data analysis activities (such as diagnosing the current state of indicators and targets) and identifying challenges and lessons learned.

Conduct research and development and extract insights (such as benchmark studies) related to strategy development, alignment, and implementation.

Support the development and execution of initiatives and business plans.

Contribute to gap analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of the offerings provided to regional destinations management offices.

Assist in the design and updating of the offerings menu based on industry best practices and destination goals.

Perform other activities as and when required.

You will need:

Bachelor’s degree in BA of equivalent is preferred

At least 6 years of experience in relevant field

في هذا الدور ستكون مسؤولاً عن أنشطة التخطيط لضمان تنفيذ متطلبات القطاع، وتحديد فرص التحسين التي تساهم في تحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية قصيرة ومتوسطة المدى ضمن مؤشرات أداء رئيسية محددة، وميزانيات متفق عليها، وسياسات وإجراءات معتمدة..

مهام الوظيفة

إجراء أنشطة تحليل البيانات (مثل تشخيص الحالة الحالية للمؤشرات والأهداف) وتحديد التحديات والدروس المستفادة.

إجراء البحوث والتطوير واستخراج الأفكار (مثل دراسات المقارنة) المتعلقة بتطوير الاستراتيجية ومواءمتها وتنفيذها.

دعم تطوير وتنفيذ المبادرات وخطط العمل.

المساهمة في تحليل الفجوات وتقييم فعالية العروض المقدمة لمكاتب إدارة الوجهات الإقليمية.

المساعدة في تصميم وتحديث قائمة العروض بناءً على أفضل ممارسات الصناعة وأهداف الوجهة.

القيام بأنشطة أخرى عند الحاجة

متطلبات الوظيفة

خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذو صلة

يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذو صلة أو ما يعادلها
