Junior UX Designer

We invite you to join IDT as a Junior UX Designer joining onsite our Minsk-based office.You’ll be creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.

We expect you to have:

• A degree in Design, Computer Science, or any other related field is highly desirable.
• Portfolio of design projects in both web and mobile applications.
• Experience in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Experience in wireframe tools and prototypes is required.
• Good communication skills for further development with the stakeholders.
• Time management skills for the purpose of handling multiple projects.
• Staying current with industry standards and best practices.
• You should be able to identify and troubleshoot problems in the UX.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the design journey: From first vision concepts to wireframes and visual design, make sure it's pixel-perfect by the end.
• Contribute to our design system by being part of the fast-growing design system and realizing its maximum performance.
