Special Projects Delivery Director

In this role, You will be responsible for Managing Projects Delivery activities to ensure implementation of sector requirements, and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for

Develop and implement the strategic vision for special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term objectives.

Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding them from initiation to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Engage with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to define project goals, requirements, and expectations, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.

Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on timelines, budgets, and project objectives.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and regularly monitor progress through detailed reporting and analysis to ensure goals are being met.

Continuously assess project processes and outcomes, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt strategies and improve project management practices.

Perform other activities as and when required.

You will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management of equivalent is preferred

At least 10 years of experience in relevant field

مهام الوظيفة

تطوير وتنفيذ الرؤية الاستراتيجية للمشاريع الخاصة، وضمان التوافق مع الأهداف التنظيمية والأهداف طويلة الأجل.

الإشراف على مشاريع متعددة وإدارتها في وقت واحد، وتوجيهها من البداية إلى النهاية مع ضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد، وفي نطاقها، وفي حدود الميزانية.

التواصل مع كبار القادة ورؤساء الأقسام والشركاء الخارجيين لتحديد أهداف المشروع ومتطلباته وتوقعاته، وتعزيز العلاقات القوية والتواصل الواضح.

تحديد المخاطر المحتملة المرتبطة بالمشاريع وتطوير استراتيجيات تخفيف فعالة لتقليل تأثيرها على الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وأهداف المشروع.

وضع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لنجاح المشروع ومراقبة التقدم بانتظام من خلال التقارير والتحليلات التفصيلية لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.

تقييم عمليات المشروع ونتائجه باستمرار، والاستفادة من المهارات التحليلية وحل المشكلات القوية لتكييف الاستراتيجيات وتحسين ممارسات إدارة المشاريع.

خبرة لا تقل عن10 سنوات في مجال ذو صلة

يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذو صلة أو ما يعادلها
