Junior Data Engineer

What you’ll do:

The Junior Data Engineer supports the development and maintenance of data pipelines and systems. Responsibilities include data collection, cleaning, and transformation, as well as assisting in data integration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in SQL and Python is required, along with a basic understanding of data engineering principles. This role involves collaboration with senior engineers to ensure data accuracy and system performance.

What you'll bring:

• Basic knowledge of Azure Data Factory/Databricks for ETL processes.
• Understanding relational databases, SQL querying, and database management.
• Basic understanding of data modelling concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure data storage solutions such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Data Lake.
• SQL/Python • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and learning from others.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
