Due to expansion in our European business, we are looking for a new colleague to join our highly skilled, hardworking and friendly team in London.

Reporting to the VP Sales - UK, the Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling Appcast’s Solutions to direct enterprise employers in the UK and Europe focussing on new business.

  • Prospect, pitch and sell Appcast Solutions to direct employers at large enterprise organisations.
  • Develop and close sales opportunities.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations.
  • Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to contact prospective customers.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to represent the business and attract new customers.

Requirements

**Your Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience selling high value solutions in an Enterprise environment, preferably in the HR Tech or Talent Acquisition space.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a strong asset.
  • ‘Hunter mentality’ for prospecting and closing sales with a demonstrated history of consistently achieving targets.
