Project Manager

We are seeking a new Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be based in our Campbelltown office.

Addelec Power Services Pty Ltd is a high voltage electrical services provider with the knowledge and capability to exceed project needs from design conception through to commissioning. We are specialists in industrial high and low voltage electrical services and associated civil works, including installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and project management to both public & commercial sectors across Australia.

Addelec Power Services is a complete service provider who work collaboratively with the Client from the initial briefing through to completion of the project, optimising the value within your specific project scope, whilst mitigating risk.

The role

• Leading and managing high & low voltage electrical projects from start to finish, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
• Developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to, and monitoring progress to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
• Managing and coordinating project teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties are working together effectively.
• Providing regular progress reports to clients and other stakeholders, and communicate project status updates, issues, and risks.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high & low voltage electrical projects.
• Proven track record of managing projects on-time and on-budget.
• Strong knowledge of high voltage electrical systems and equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and power cables.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills is a must
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Be willing to travel to various location and hold a valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
• A background in L.V / M.V Switchgear and transformers advantageous
• Hold an electrical A Grade license
• Enjoy working Autonomously
• Energetic, driven and self-motivated attitude
