We are a green tech company, with extensive experience in sustainable services. We deliver two platforms, a world-leading marketplace for connecting architects and manufacturers (bimobject.com) and the unique sustainability platform Prodikt (www.prodikt.com), focusing on stakeholders and actors in the construction and property sector. To fuel these platforms, we develop BIM objects and EPDs. Additionally, we provide an LCA software that integrates unique blockchain technology, bringing supply chain and operations together in an LCA context.

Who are you?

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer with a passion for data and a strong understanding of data engineering principles. You have a track record of successfully designing and implementing data pipelines and are eager to explore your own ideas and use proven methodologies.

Your background

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in software engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

More about your experience

• Experienced in building data workflows and implementing data warehousing solutions (ex. GBQ)
• +3 years of experience in data engineering, including designing and maintaining data pipelines and architectures.
• Strong knowledge of
  • SQL
  • Python
• Experience with
  • Airflow, dbt, Airbyte, Apache Kafka, or similar technologies
  • Cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
  • Containerization with Kubernetes and Docker
• Comfortable in an international team with English as your daily language

Practicalities

This position is located in Malmö or Budapest, and will follow a hybrid work model. We love to meet at the office, but we also understand that being able to work remotely is sometimes a better fit. Your manager is located in Malmö, and you will work closely with colleagues located in Malmö, Stockholm & Budapest.
