Job Posting Description:

This is a hybrid role #LI-Hybrid

Reporting to the Vice President, Business Partnership & Labour Relations, The Coordinator, HR Business Partnership will deliver a streamlined approach to events, activities, and communications across the department. You will participate in financial and budget activities, ensuring budget requirements are met and all invoices are paid according to standard. You will coordinate and execute events and activities, including small-format sessions, and learning to support HR Division’s evolving HR Model, and mid-sized and large-scale alignment meetings in HR Division to support the success of the department and drive adoption of New Ways of Working. Additionally, you will create and deliver a streamlined approach to communication and engagement activities across the department.
