Product Specialist Trainee

What we would like you to bring to the table

As a Product Specialist Trainee, you will be part of creating solutions that enable us to improve our product through continuous feedback from our stakeholders. You will:

• Become a real expert on the product and its data.
• Work closely with users to understand the problems they are having and integrate the feedback into the product development process.
• Support the DPL with various product-related topics such as ceremonies, data analysis, etc.

Together with your team, you will create a more sustainable IKEA by making sustainability data more usable for IKEA co-workers.

In addition to the work assignment we also offer a unique opportunity with a one year onboarding program together with other trainees in different roles and countries across IKEA, aiming to give you the best possible start in your IKEA journey. In the trainee program you will be able to get a deeper understanding of the IKEA value chain, business processes, tech challenges and opportunities, our culture and values and more.
