Certification Aerospace Engineer

What will you be doing?

As a Certification Aerospace Engineer you will join our team in Derby to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide expertise in certification activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Apply a solid understanding of gas turbine turbomachinery and critical parts in the development and certification process.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
• Engage confidently with mid-senior stakeholders, challenging and influencing decisions to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical integration and development activities.

Who are we looking for?

• Approximately 5 years of experience working with Rolls-Royce aero projects.
• Strong awareness of gas turbine turbomachinery and critical component lifecycles.
• Proven experience in writing detailed and complex technical documents.
• Ability to challenge and influence mid-senior stakeholders effectively.
