Lithia & Driveway | UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will play a vital role in developing intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our digital products. Their responsibilities will include analyzing our user & customer behavior, creating wireframes and prototypes, implementing visually appealing design elements, as well as building and presenting projects to key stakeholders. This role within the personalized marketing team will include collaboration with designers, marketing specialists, engineers, and other marketing teams on planning and execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $80,000-120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end interfaces for our internal digital products as well as client facing products.

• Own and enforce design standards and process, both UX and UI, from the concept to production ready screens.

• Ensure design solutions are consistent with our design system, and brand guidelines.

• Partner with the team’s Solution Architect and Manager of Creative Technology to drive business outcomes.
