· Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef Pastry and Bakery to create innovative bakery menus.

· Ensure that the menus cater to diverse tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements.

3. Quality Control:

· Ensure all baked goods meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

· Implement standardized recipes and plating guidelines.

4. Team Leadership and Training:

· Manage and mentor the bakery team, including bakers and pastry cooks.

· Conduct training and workshops to enhance baking skills and techniques.

5. Inventory and Cost Management:

· Monitor and manage inventory levels for bakery ingredients and supplies.

· Control costs by minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

· Enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in the bakery department.
