We are delighted to announce the establishment of a new position within Dulcedo: Associate Director - Influencers.

The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in providing direct support to all teams and team members. They are responsible for ensuring the performance of team members under their supervision, assisting team managers in strategizing the development of their teams, and mentoring team managers. Additionally, they have a key role in fostering the growth of their own team. Each Associate Director can oversee up to four teams and their respective team managers.

The role is scheduled to start in Q1 2025.

Management:

  • Oversee and manage several team managers and assist them in their team management.

  • Provide support, guidance and set goals with team managers in order to meet the company's higher goals.

  • Be an overall higher-level support and resource for lower ranking team members needing assistance.

  • Participate in all the weekly team meetings.

  • Hold weekly meetings with the Director of the division.

  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team managers under supervision.

Operations:

  • Assist in the process of signing new talents and being a resource for meetings with them as necessary.

  • Help in the implementation of new processes & new policies that the company is looking to integrate.

New Hires (Team Managers):

  • Coach, train and mentor team managers & new agents within the organization, including new team managers hired.

  • Conduct unit training sessions twice a week for a duration of five weeks.

  • Provide guidance and training to new team managers.

Performance review:

  • Oversee and carry out performance reviews of team managers.

  • Provide assistance to team managers in setting quarterly team goals and implementing sales and recruitment initiatives.

Growth of teams:

  • Ensure that Team Managers prioritize the growth of their teams in terms of sales and goals and uphold this commitment.

  • Hold responsibility for all the teams under supervision.

P&C responsibilities:

  • Conduct salary review meetings of team members and team managers.
  • Comprehend each point and review the handbook with every team manager.
  • Ensure that all team managers strictly adhere to Dulcedo's processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Authorize Time Off requests.
  • Raise concerns by flagging to P&C or your Director team members when necessary.
  • Contribute to the progressive discipline and deliver warnings when required.
  • Participate in the hiring process for new team members, including reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Provide feedback to team managers, whether positive or negative, as needed.
  • Attend one monthly meeting with the P&C Manager.
