What will you be doing?

• Team Leadership & Activation: Lead a team to deliver top-notch activation across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema, ensuring best-in-class strategies and executions.
• New Business Development: Collaborate with new business teams to craft AV strategies and presentations, contributing to winning new business opportunities.
• Negotiation & Value Optimization: Negotiate with sales house teams to secure added value opportunities for clients, maximizing campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Who we are looking for;

• Proven experience as an Associate Director or Account Director within an AV department, specializing in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
• Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience in managing client/AV finance processes, along with confidence in managing client audits across all AV mediums.
• Experience in the retail sector will be advantageous.
• Strong team management skills, including objective setting and development conversations.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver exceptional results.
