Campus Life, Accommodation is looking for a Resident Manager | Poutaki Wharenoho for Stuart McCutcheon House.

Reporting to the Head of Operations | Urumatua Whakahaere for Accommodation, you will have responsibility for the operations of this Hall of Residence. You will manage a team of professional staff (Administration Team Leader | Kaituki Whakahaere, and Resident Coordinators | Kairukuruku Wharenoho and Night Manager | Poutaki Pō) and oversee the management of a team of fixed term student staff (Resident Advisers | Kaitohutohu Wharenoho & Summer Staff). We are seeking a capable manager who can lead the development of a community that is safe, comfortable, supportive, conducive to academic success, and responsive to the needs of students/guests in residence.

You will role model appropriate sociability for your accommodation community as well as high levels of customer service for staff in your Residence. This is a live off-site role, so the successful candidate will need to be prepared to travel in and respond to critical incidents when required.
