Sr Manager

This leader ensures robust foundation upon which to execute highly targeted marketing programs, capture deeper customer insights and improve operational excellence across all parts of the customer journey and digital ecosystem. This role interfaces with both business and technical resources to ensure business, functional and technical requirements are optimally reflected across the tech stack, as well as guide the change management necessary to achieve business and digital experience objectives effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with both business and technical teams on the planning, development, and execution of a strategic roadmap that aligns with business and CX goals/milestones
• Act as the Product Owner of SF Marketing Cloud and the marketing areas of SF Experience Cloud, prioritizing requests related to marketing programs, marketing automation, lead management, content management, transactional communications, preference/opt management, identify management, reporting and analytics.
