  • Lead, manage and promote people management practices to achieve success through excellent stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement activities for the region including, but not limited to:
  • Coordinate, develop and implement HR solutions that address key workforce challenges.
  • Use HR knowledge to shape both strategic and operational advice to meet business needs.
  • Proactively develop and sustain relationships across the business to ensure comprehensive understanding of opportunities and challenges faced and people management development opportunities.
  • Support business units with succession planning.
  • Develop and lead best practice across end-to-end employee life cycle.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Reward & recognition strategies.
  • Drive retention strategies through strategic human resources business partner relationships.
  • Ensure appropriate communication at all levels.
  • Lead and guide manager in the resolution of performance and employee relations matters.

Requirements

  • Human Resources Degree
  • 2-3 years HRBP experience
