Are you driven by delivering top-quality software through meticulous testing? Join our team at GEN as a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer, where your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Conduct end-to-end testing for online messaging across multiple platforms, including PC, Mac, Android, and iOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, developers, campaign owners, and pricing teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Create detailed testing requirements and documentation to support the development process.
• Report and track issues using JIRA, ensuring that all defects are logged and managed efficiently.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• Experience: At least 1 year in a relevant QA or IT role, with a strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to evolving requirements and conditions.
• Detail-Oriented: Proactive and independent, with a focus on precision and thoroughness.
• Communication: Skilled in conveying and defining requirements for various audiences, including stakeholders, developers, and managers.

​Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of testing architectures or frameworks.
• Interest in learning tools like Selenium, Fiddler, and VirtualBox.
• A background in computer science.
