We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience and specializing in Java Backend Development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring, developing API, services and micro services, integration and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
As a Staff Engineer, you will be expected to lead a talented software team, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-performance applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high-availability and performance.
2. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code using Spring Framework.
3. Guide the team through all phases of the development lifecycle.
4. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code and ensure the team follows these practices.
5. Ensure designs comply with specifications and guide the team in implementing the same.
6. Prepare and produce releases of software components and supervise the deployment process.
