Maintenance Engineer/Executive

• As a shift in-charge he has to handle breakdown of CNC machine, overhead crane , Vertical Storage system , Product Testbench , Assembly line and other plant equipment.
• Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance of CNC Machine, Product Testbench , Overhead Crane , Vertical Storage & other equipment.
• Resource allocation, delegation of jobs to next shift supervisor for carry forward job & maintaining history of records in the system.
• Planning and procurement of Spares and maintaining Stores for maintenance Spares.
• Energy Saving measures for plant MAEs , implementation of safe electrical practices .
• Maintenance of Electrical Power distribution network for Raw Power and UPS for Machines .
• Document preparation for compliance of ISO-90001 , ISO-140001 , OHSAS 18001 and internal various Audit.
• Responsible for Machine Back-Up & fault diagnosis by using PLC Software & Image processing for diagnosis.

Requirements

BE Mechatronics with 2 to 6 Year of relavant experience

Knowledge / Experience Requirement

• CNC machine maintenance like VMC , HMC , Grinding , Turning & honing.
• Exposure in I4.0 and image processing technology application in Engineering Mfg.
• Experience of PLC software programming of Siemens , Fanuc .
• Experience of CNC controller of Siemens like 840D & 840DSL and Fanuc 0iTD , 31iB etc.
• Experience of Product Testbench and Data Acquisition system with LabView Platform.
• Experience of Image Processing system with Cognex Camera .
• Experience of VFD ( Variable Frequency Drive ) Configuration for Vertical Storage and Crane.
• Knowledge of Electrical Automation with usage of various element like PLC , Flow Meter , Temp Controller , Timer , Relay Logic etc.
• Knowledge of 5S Tool , Electrical Safe Practice and documentation for ISO-90001 , ISO-14001 & ISO-18001, Kaizen etc.
• TPM and ISO-50001 , Green Energy are added advantage.
