Senior Manager

We’re looking for Sr Manager, Software Engineering to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll partner with our Product Management, User Experience and other Engineering teams to wow our customers by continually delivering on significant features/modules. This position will be based out of our Bengaluru office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What we are looking for

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, including 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with an emphasis on web-based distributed services
• Experience designing and leading medium-scale Engineering organizations that deliver critical projects and services, including strong uptime requirements
