Head of Leadership Development

Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company founded in 2014 with a mission to make our cities a better place for our customers, merchants and courier partners. In the past 10 years, we’ve grown to over 10,000 people across 27 countries, with over 1,000 team leads.

Having such a large leadership population demands a robust development programme. While we have leadership principles in place, and some basic training that covers introductory and tactical bits, we’re now looking to accelerate all aspects of leadership development across the globe - that’s where you come in!

Sitting within our small-but-mighty People Development team, you’ll work closely with your teammates, while also collaborating with senior leaders, People Business Partners, as well as our friends from DoorDash in the States.
