Our Sales Team plays a pivotal role in driving blueAPACHE's growth strategy with both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, lots of initiative, and a proactive nature. They can demonstrate leadership and must present as credible commercial and product knowledge experts for the products and services within their pillar, to both internal and external customers.

Reporting directly to the General Manager Commercial, the successful candidate will ideally be based in Melbourne but open to Sydney and Brisbane for the right candidate.

This role will operate on a hybrid model, working four days in the office to ensure a high level of collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • Deliver results to quarterly targets
  • Own the Bids and Deal Registrations with the vendors, negotiating the best possible margins
  • Act as an evangelist for the products and solutions within the End-User-Compute pillar and explore ways to better leverage vendor and distributor support
  • Account mapping and whitespace identification across our existing customer base
  • Promote and build awareness of blueAPACHE’s End-User-Compute capabilities to both external customers, and bA wider Sales Team.
  • Attend customer facing meetings to discuss & identify opportunities
  • Have a thorough understanding of, and leverage, vendor incentives and rebates programs within the End-User-Compute pillar
  • Establish blueAPACHE as the Service Provider of Choice for the key vendors within your pillar.
  • Liaising with vendors for providing product demos and sales support
  • Work with the Marketing Team to run campaigns that will drive revenue within your pillar.
  • Deliver regular update sessions to internal staff to increase knowledge and expand the potential for sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years+ proven experience as a Sales Specialist End User Compute or Inside Sales Specialist keen to take the next step up in their career.
  • Experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with customers
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
