We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Support Specialist to assist our client's brokerage coordinators.

Position Overview: The Marketing Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our brokerage team by managing various marketing tasks and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role is task-oriented and focuses on updating documents, managing marketing materials, and assisting with various administrative duties related to marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Material Management: Create and update marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, calendaring, and other administrative tasks as needed by the brokerage coordinators.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and compile data to support the creation of marketing packages.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of proposals, marketing reports, and client presentations.
  • Social Media Coordination: Manage and update social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Email Campaigns: Develop and manage email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Coordination with Team Members: Work closely with brokerage coordinators to ensure all marketing tasks are completed on time and align with company standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and practices is a plus.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1300 / month

Schedule: CST
