Head of Lending

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Lending at Bits in London Area, United Kingdom. The Head of Lending will be responsible for overseeing the lending operations, developing lending strategies (particularly around affordability and creditworthiness assessments), managing risk assessment processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior lending role in the B2C space
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of achieving lending targets and objectives
• Preference for people who have worked at startups
• Preference for people who have worked on card based products
• Visa sponsorship is considered for this role.
