Associate UX Engineer

Job Description: UI Designer – 2-6 Years Exp

Ideal Candidate

• 2-6 years of UI design experience with experience in UCD (User Centered Design)
• A solid grasp of User-centered design Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Good understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Building interface for Low-code platforms like Appian, Microsoft Power platform, Service now.
• Conduct usability testing

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
