Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
• Rapidly translate problems into innovative design solutions, ensuring functionality and user-friendliness.
• Apply user-centric design principles and frameworks appropriately throughout the design process.
• Masterfully use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Leverage and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across product interfaces.
• Develop interactive prototypes efficiently to facilitate design iteration and validation.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to create AI-driven products, incorporating AI design considerations from the outset.
• Knowledge of AI and how to design experiences that leverage AI-driven features.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of UX best practices and frameworks
• Good knowledge about accessibility guidelines, component and design systems in Figma
• Good experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
• Understanding of typography, color theories are added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
