Your Role as a Social Media & Content Specialist:

We’re seeking a creative and experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team. If you're a writer at heart and you’re passionate about telling stories that connect, strategies that make an impact, and data that drives results, we want to hear from you!

A Day in the Life of a Social Media & Content Specialist:

  • Manage our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll build a strong community and increase our reach.
  • Plan and execute content initiatives that amplify brand awareness and drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Craft compelling content for email campaigns that nurture leads, promote our solution offerings, and engage our audience.
  • Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our website, blog, and other channels.
  • Partner with our demand generation team to ensure seamless alignment between content and overall messaging, driving results.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, continuously evolving your skills.
  • Use AI tools like Gemini and Copilot to help with content production.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates your writing chops.
  • Prior experience (ideally 4+ years) in the B2B SaaS landscape, understanding the nuances of this market.
  • Proficient in social media management, analytics tools, and major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok).
  • Adept at using AI tools to augment content creation and strategy.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to create content that ranks.
  • Adept at juggling multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines with consistency.
  • A strong analytical mind and a passion for results-driven content.
