This role involves quoting and bidding on auto shipments, engaging with potential customers, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service.

That’s why we’re looking for a talented Customer Service Agent to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop competitive pricing strategies for deals.

• Manage email communications, with a focus on underbidding the price of the competition.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries across various communication channels.

• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Attention to detail.

• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing environments.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Successful completion of required training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be based in Montana.

• Work shifts aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).

• Hybrid work model: 70% in-office, 30% remote.
