Senior Insights Analyst

As a Senior Insights Analysts, you will act as a “human evaluator” for Authenticx clients. You will listen to, understand, interpret, and document in a way that develops and improves our AI for the sake of scalable listening. As a Senior Insights Analyst, your evaluations will serve as AI accuracy validation that equips Authenticx with the opportunities it needs to be at the forefront of AI during this period of innovation and momentum.

Roles -

• Be online and available during ACX Core Hours: 10am-3pm eastern time
• Actively participate (in meetings, with the organization, etc.)
• Be an active listener (when completing evaluations and attending meetings)
• Document personal questions, needs, and/or notes
• Support your Lead Insights Analyst and team (quality control, training, etc.)

Responsibilities -

• Complete the package of assigned work by the due date, with efficiency and accuracy
• Keep track of and organize client-specific updates from Client Success partners and Lead Insights Analysts
• Keep track of and absorb communication from Authenticx Leadership
• Attend all required meetings sent to your Outlook Calendar
