Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/Mumbai

About The Role:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales process for various customer segments. This includes finding potential clients, showing them how our solutions work, and closing multi-year deals.

Youโ€™ll work with clients to identify their needs and explain how our products can meet those needs and ultimately convert those leads to long-term partnerships.

This role is pivotal in accelerating our growth trajectory and expanding our market presence. You will work with a range of companies, from Fortune 500 firms to innovative startups, and everything in between, selling solutions that make a real impact on organisations' bottom lines.

Who are we looking for?

1. Experience with CXOs

Weโ€™re not just looking for someone who can hit sales targets. We want individuals who have worked directly with CXOs across different industries and have tackled complex business problems. If you have experience in these areas in your current role, you are a great fit for this position and can excel with us.

2. Professional Experience

A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.

3. Educational Background

Education should be from a well-regarded university or institute.

4. Communication and Presentation Skills

Excellent skills in both communication and presentation. You should be able to clearly convey ideas and engage with different audiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience working in Software, SAAS, and Consulting in a client-facing role
  • Proven experience in building successful pipelines
  • Ability to drive expansion in target markets like Asia, Europe, and America (via phone, email, events, etc.)
  • Ability to articulate our value propositions & create pitch decks
  • Ability to understand client needs & close business deals
  • Able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Previous sales experience in selling enterprise software is a plus
  • A prior successful sales track record is a definite plus
