To do so, we leverage huge volumes of data (Equativ handles 150Bn Auctions per Day) in a state-of-the-art tech stack (AirFlow, Snowflake, Tableau…) to provide actionable insights to all teams at Equativ! Part of the Analytics team, the Analytics Lab is exploring new areas and harvesting unexploited revenue potential from Equativ’s RTB engine to maximize revenue generation for our clients.

✏️ What you'll do

• You will provide hands-on support both to the Analytics Lab and the overall Analytics Pipeline, in collaboration with various teams including Business, Product & R&D teams. This is an opportunity to learn both about Data Analyst & Data Engineer positions.

• Analytics Pipeline :

Day-to-day maintenance of our data pipeline:

• Ensure data pipeline ingestion accuracy in due time

• Follow-up on data quality issues raised by internal customers

Improvement of sourcing processes:

• Migrate from Talend data flows to Python scripts for our sourcing jobs

• Develop resources to make Data Analysts autonomous in sourcing data in our Snowflake database (through ready-to-use scripts or small interfaces)

• Collaborate to our migration from on-premise to cloud serversParticipate in the restructuring of our data marts (schemas, stages & permissions)

• Analytics Lab :

• Ensure proper execution of the Analytics Lab automated pipeline streams & fix bugs: A/B tests deployment & analysis, results communication and implement successful pricing strategies

• Contribute to fortifying our processes and ensure they are applied on a daily basis, from feature deployment sanity check to scoping and performance

• Run exploratory analyses to identify new areas of improvements of our engine, and develop strategies to solve these issues.

• Use your knowledge of our system to proactively explore new dimensions and metrics that will present actionable insights to improve our RTB engine.

💪 About you

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative or business field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or any Engineering related field etc.)
• Technical knowledge in SQL & Python is a must.
• You are fluent in English.
• You can demonstrate your ability to solve problems end to end.
• Curious, daring, dynamic and versatile personality required.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (ex: Tableau) & collaboration platforms (ex: GitLab) is a plus
