Big Data Analyst

You will be a key member of the European Data team of InPost Group, in charge of providing Business Departments with the means to exploit data, extracting all necessary information for continuous improvement of business processes.

You will play a central role in all Data topics, being the link between business and technical teams. You will have the chance to work in various and valuable business contexts (logistics, sales, customer service, etc.) as well as leading-edge new technologies (cloud GCP, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI).

Your responsibilities :

• Participate in the collection of business requirements and develop Data Backlog in support of Product Owners
• Participate in technical designs with Data Engineers and Data Scientists
• Prepare data, validate its quality and its correct level of exposure, in particular to the Data Analysts.
• Participate in the design and development of reports and analysis applications, in particular on SAP BO, PowerBI, Tableau, in support of the Data Analysts
• Brainstorm on complex problems and seek the best Data solution
• Work in multidisciplinary and international agile teams

Requirements

You are Fluent in English with at least a B2 level and are motivated to work in an international context. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position is required. You have practical knowledge in Datavisualization, in particular with Power BI or Tableau, Python and SQL languages. Knowledge about data modelling and design of data flows is recommended (ETL/ELT). Good analytical and synthesis skills are essential.
