Requirements

🛠️ Responsibilities and Tasks

• 🔄 Manage the full 360-degree Recruitment Life Cycle - Business Development, Candidate Sourcing, Interview Preparation, Offer Management.
• 🚀 Develop and build a personal brand within the market niche you represent.
• 🤝 Serve as a strategic partner for candidates and clients, aligning with their needs.
• 🌐 Engage in business development by mapping out markets, targeting prospective companies, and building relationships with hiring managers.
• 🔎 Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, InHouse CRM, social media, networking events).
• 💼 Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• 📊 Stay informed about industry trends.
• 🎓 Mentor Junior Consultants.
• Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of agency recruitment experience and a strong track record. Good sales skills and communication are key. Fluency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus. You must live near Amsterdam. A background in life sciences is preferred but not required.
